Frequently Asked Questions

  • We arrange a mutual time and you will be invited the the studio for a tour and a drink and then we will go out to either cocktails or dinner with you and up to 4 people. We will cover the costs of the meal or drinks.

  • Travel to or accommodation during meet ups, event attendance costs. Additional items you ordered in your colour choice or print and shipping for this items.

  • Yes you can gift any of the memberships, please just let us know the name of the recipient so we can be in touch.

  • Once we can set a time to have the online consultation with Michael we will aim to get the design to you within 30 days and then we have the normal 30-60 day production window as everything will be made just for you.

  • You will have a dedicated email and we will communicate directly with you to arrange this.
